Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the wheelie bin cleaning services provided by CLEAN A BIN ("we", "us", "our") to our customers ("you"). By booking a service with us you agree to these Terms.

We provide one-off and regular (monthly, 2/3/6 monthly) wheelie bin cleaning, sanitising and deodorising for domestic customers across Essex, Epping Forest, Waltham Forest, Redbridge and surrounding areas.

Prices quoted on our website or in writing are inclusive of all materials. One-off cleans are £10 per bin. Monthly subscriptions start from £7.50 per month per bin. Multi-bin and recurring plan prices apply as advertised. We reserve the right to update prices with reasonable notice.

Bins must be left empty (or as empty as possible) on the kerbside or in an agreed accessible location on the day of cleaning, following your scheduled refuse collection. If we are unable to access your bin on the scheduled day, the clean may be missed and the full fee may still apply.

One-off cleans are payable on the day of service. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

You may cancel a subscription at any time by giving us 7 days' notice in writing to cleanabinessex@gmail.com. We may cancel or refuse service where bins are unsafe, contaminated with hazardous waste, or where access is repeatedly unavailable.

We take care when handling your bins. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by extreme weather. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service paid for that bin.

We use biodegradable cleaning products and collect contaminated water responsibly in line with environmental best practice.

We collect your name, address, phone number and email solely to deliver our services and respond to your enquiries. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. To request removal of your data, email cleanabinessex@gmail.com.
